Subscription and cancellation policy

This policy explains how memberships to the Caique Jiu Jitsu video library by Thomaz Elias, operated by Jiu-Jitsu4life Inc., are billed and canceled. It is part of our Terms of use. If anything in this policy conflicts with the Terms of use, this policy controls for subscriptions, billing, and cancellation.

Price and billing

The standard membership is $8.99 USD per month unless a different price or promotional offer is clearly shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your first payment is charged when you start your membership, and each renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the start of each new monthly billing period.

Automatic monthly renewal

Your membership renews automatically every month, and the payment method on file is charged for each renewal, until you cancel. By starting a membership, you authorize these recurring monthly charges according to the terms presented at checkout.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the Manage subscription button at the top of any member page (on a phone, open the menu and look under Account). This opens your secure Stripe billing page.
  3. Choose to cancel your subscription and confirm.

If you cannot log in, do not see the Manage subscription button (for example, while a payment problem is being resolved), or have trouble canceling, email us at caiquevideolibrary@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will help.

Access after you cancel

Canceling stops future renewals. You will not be charged again, and your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When that period ends, member-only content is no longer available to your account. You can start a new membership at any time.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or content you did not watch, except where required by law.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment cannot be collected, Stripe may try the payment again, and access to member-only content is paused until the payment succeeds or the membership is canceled. To update your payment method or cancel during that time, email us at caiquevideolibrary@gmail.com and we will help.

Price changes

If we change the membership price, we will notify you before the new price applies to your subscription. The new price takes effect at the start of a later billing period, and you can cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required.
